A scene from an ongoing D&D campaign, in much darker subject matter than I'd illustrated before.
This illustration was inspired by the D&D campaign I’m a part of, and that I’ve illustrated before, though in a much darker subject matter.
My character, Lumiel, has been infected with an unknown parasitic substance following a strange encounter with an NPC. As someone in the medical field, he fears what this affliction may entail for him and his other affected party members, while also spurred by a morbid curiosity that yearns for discovery.
Even if this scene didn’t end up happening as I anticipated, I was still able to pull off a challenging perspective and dramatic lighting.
